I have gambled on countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have enjoyed online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of money at twenty-one. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets very fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years back with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a few months ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you see gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $10 bet

Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager

Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original one hundred and sixty dollar wager

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
