I have played countless of rounds of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this method or beat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original value.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very exciting at times. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 20 mins using this method! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Bet $5
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar wager

Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first 10 dollar wager

Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Bet $20
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Wager $40
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original $40 bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager

Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 1 hundred and 60 dollar bet

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your wager or the final result will not be the same.
