I have wagered on countless of rounds of 21. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of cash at twenty-one. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is centered on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a number of days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar bet

Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Bet $160
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!

It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
